What roles and permissions are available in the Rhino.fi Console?
Last updated: June 24, 2026
The Rhino.fi Console has a number of organization and project roles which help provide granular permissions suitable for all company sizes and complexities.
There are three roles at the organization level:
Organization Owner: The primary users for the organization with full read and write permissions for the organization. There can be multiple owners for an organization. The Organization Owner is initially set as the Admin for a project and remains so unless changed.
Can view all transaction information about all projects within the organization and the analytics information about project level activity.
Can view, create and delete API keys for all projects within the organization.
Can view, create, edit and delete webhooks for all projects within the organization.
Can invite and remove users from the organization and individual projects.
Can change the role of a user within a project, and within the organization.
Can create a new project, delete an existing project and rename an existing project.
Organization Admin: Currently the Organization Owner and Organization Admin have the same level of permissions, however future features added to the Console may only be available for the owner and as such this will be a reduced scope role in comparison.
Organization Member: A read-only role which provides the user with a view of transaction information only for the project/s which they are added to.
Organization members can then be added to one or multiple projects, with the following roles:
Project Admin: The primary users for the project. This can be one or multiple users and is initially the Organization Owner, unless changed.

Project Developer: A role suitable for those managing the Rhino.fi integration.
Can view all transaction information about the project and analytics insights for it.
Can view and create, but not delete API keys for the project.
Can view, create and edit, but cannot delete, webhooks for the project.
Project Member: A read only role for the project which provides access to view transaction information but no visibility or control for integration configurations or project settings.
